Ayurveda Yoga Dinachari Ashtangas Aushadhi

Ayurveda, being a veda has explained many Phylosophies and many of those, as said before are for improving your health rather than treating something.
One of them is known as Regimen. There are 2 major regimens that are to be followed by each and everyone and they are :
  1. Dinacharya
  2. Rutucharya

Dinacharya: Things that are to be followed in a day i.e 24hrs.
