International yoga day is arriving soon. So lets learn a bit about the Yoga today.
Yoga: Yoga: Karmasu Kaushalyam, means an action or behaviour that is very efficient or skilled.
Maharshi Patanjali is the first Rishi to compile different types of Yoga and the benefits by doing it.

Many a times here are asanas that are generally performed together. Such an example is Suryanamaskara. What is Suryanamaskara?
It is a set of Asanas which is generally done first in the morning as a Salutations to Lord Surya. It has 12 different Asanas.
They are as follows:

Dandasana
Ashtanga Namaskar
Bhujangasana
